Final SUBCON '22 Update
Registration for SUBCON 22 has now closed. A list of registered attendees can be seen at the top of this page, only those who have consented to publication are listed. Once registration shuts, those registered will receive communications directly from the WA Branch, should they be needed.
SUBCON '22 Transport
An option for those that require transport from/to Perth Airport during the SUBCON weekend
COVID situations and governmental requirements will be (as usual in these times) a critical factor in determining if SUBCON will go ahead. As we are all now accustomed to, plans can be derailed at very short notice but as of 13 April, planning continues for SUBCON 22 in WA.
SUBCON '22 Event Details
DATESFriday 30 September to Monday 03 October 2022 inclusive and all events will take place in Rockingham.
PROGRAM
Friday 30 Sept (afternoon/evening)
• 1600-1700 Attendee registration at the Quest Rockingham
• 1800-2000 Meet-and-greet at Rockingham RSL, dress code smart casual
Saturday 01 Oct
• 1100 SAA National Executive Meeting at the Rockingham Navy Club
• 1300-1800 Long Lunch function, minimum dress code smart casual (you may dress as formal as you like, including medals) at the Rockingham Navy Club.
Sunday 02 October (morning)
• 1000 SAA Annual General Meeting at the Quest Rockingham.
Monday 03 October (morning, for those remaining)
• 1000 Barbeque "Breakfast" and short service at Orion's Fin, afterwards gathering at a local licensed venue
TRANSPORT (once in Rockingham)
Our intention is to make a bus available to carry attendees to/from most events.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST/REGISTRATION
As of 13 April, 167 people have indicated an interest in attending. We continue to request expressions of interest from you (including partners) if you have not already done so.
We are in the final stages of costing each event so when those are known, we will commence Registration for individual events with payment details .

Sunday 02 October (afternoon o/c of AGM) - visit to a local Microbrewery/Eatery
Monday 03 October (morning) - Barbeque Breakfast and short service at Orion's Fin followed by a short farewell function.
ACCOMMODATION
There are a few accommodation options in Rockingham area which we will promulgate in the coming weeks. Of course a quick internet search will also provide options!
