Annual General Meetings

Annual General Meetings & SUBCON

The National Annual General Meeting is the supreme governing authority of the Association and normally held in June on the Queen's Birthday long weekend (Eastern States).  The weekend is referred to as SUBCON and a variety of events are arranged for visitors from all states to attend.

However, 2014 was the Centenary of Australian Submarines and SUBCON and the AGM were held in Western Australia where SUBCON 100, hosted by the WA Branch of the Association, was the centre of attraction.

No SUBCON was held in 2015 and the 2016 AGM wAS hosted by the Queensland Branch.  In a break from tradition, and the Constitution, the Branch hosted SUBCON 2016 and the AGM during a 7 day P&O cruise from September 16 till September 23.

The 2018 AGM and SUBCON 2018 was held in Newcastle NSW.

The 2019 AGM will be held with SUBCON 2019 in Hobart Tasmania.

The program may be viewed at the SUBCON 2019 Web Page
