of the benefits of going online is that the number of copies of "In Depth"
currently sent by mail can be reduced and reduce the cost of mailing it out to members.
In addition to the cost of postage there is a considerable expense in copying the
newsletter and indeed the significant workload placed upon our Editor. Money saved
will also assist in maintaining "Up Periscope" as the national web site
of the SAA.
